FACTS Information Flyer - SPANISH

PJPII has partnered with FACTS SIS (Student Information System) as our school, student, & parent communication portal.  FACTS covers care of both the school's student communication and tuition systems. Families receive communication from PJPII (text, email, or voice messages) for all types of school related topics via FACTS. These alerts provide us a fast, efficient way to communicate with our families. 

TIME TO UPDATE STUDENT FAMILY INFORMATION: 
Please take time to update your family/child(ren) information. 
NOW is the time to update phone numbers, addresses, emergency contact people, religious/parish status, family status, etc.

• Go to factsmgt.com and click Family Login / FACTS Family Portal  

• Click Create Family Portal Account 

• Type the school’s District Code:  PJP-PA 

• Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your Family Portal Login. The link is active for 6 hours. 

• Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link

• Type a Username, Password, and Confirm your password

• Click Save Username and/or Password

• A message display at the top of the browser “Username/Password successfully updated”

• Return to factsmgt.com and click FACTS Family Portal

• Now Login with your new created username and password

To view your student(s) teacher go into your Family Portal. Under "Student", select "Student Home" that shows the teacher(s).  Look for the line which says "Homeroom".
