To improve communication to our teachers, we are asking families to use the Google form below to report student absences by 8:00 am on the days they are out of school.  Your submission of the form in a timely manner helps us to ensure the safety of our students. 

The submission of this form serves as an excuse note; except for illness absences lasting three days or more which require a doctor's note for return.
